Sizzle Pie religiously serves up glorious slices until 3am every night of the week. They’re also known for their extensive veggie and vegan pizza options, which is a truly rare find, especially at this time of night!
If you find yourself ordering a slice of pizza in any of the local pizzerias and think, “an adult beverage would go great with this slice.” Well you’re in luck! Sizzle Pie has a full bar connected just around the corner. They will even deliver your slices to you at the bar.
With a motto like Death to False Pizza, there’s no question you’re getting one of the best slices in town.

Tacos and burritos, a quintessential element to post-midnight dining. Santeria is dark, eccentric, and absolutely delicious. If you’re in the mood for some of our favorite Portland Mexican food at 1:00am, this restaurant is usually right around the corner from just about anywhere downtown.

o yet, now is the time to start. This Vietnamese noodle soup warms the body and soul, and helps get some of the salts back into your body that have inevitably been depleted by 3am. We love pretty much everything on the menu here, and the fact that they’re open later than just about anything is a huge plus. They are a Portland hotspot and a must visit after a day of exploring our beautiful city.

Tryst is a highlight of Old Town/Chinatown, tucked away in the ever adorable Ankeny Alley. They serve a wide variety of dishes from various Asian cultures, with an emphasis on Filipino food. They have an amazing happy hour, and a late 1800’s inspired space that provides good music, delicious cocktails, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere.

Not to be over looked is their list of Australian influenced bites, and impressive list of weekly events and live shows. This urban-chic watering hole offers the perfect addition to your Portland beer tour.

Le Bistro Montage is located in the heart of the Central Eastside Industrial district, and is dishing you all your cajun favorites! It’s a magical experience where finer dining meets the casual local art scene. It’s a true Portland staple, with communal tables, cajun comfort food, and an amazing curated wine selection.
It’s the only spot on this list we will tell you not to finish all of your food. That’s a weird request, you might be wondering why? Your servers will take your leftovers and create extraordinary tin foil creature art masterpieces for you to take home!
