BINGEN, WASHINGTON
Spa Attendant
$17/hr + tips
General Overview:
Responsible for performing the daily operations of our cafe, including set up in the morning, making food and drinks for customers, maintaining a clean and orderly work and customer space, and closing down operations at the end of the day. Baristas must maintain an upbeat attitude,and be able to work at a rapid pace to keep up with customer demands, and ensure that guests are satisfied with their food and beverage experience.

Requirements:
-Some barista or food service experience a plus;
-Must be eligible to work in the United States.
-Food handlers permit
-21 years of age or older
-Washington MAST license
Major Duties:
-Performs all duties necessary to keep the front of house flowing, including drink preparation, food preparation, cleaning, restocking, and anything else needed to keep operations moving.
-Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize waste.
-Responsible for ensuring that all invoices and end of shift register reports, are on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of coffee and food preparation and service.
-Maintain professional cafe image, including cafe cleanliness, proper attire and appearance standards.
-Knowledge of cooking procedures. -Able to prepare food according to food handlers’ guidelines.
-Able to communicate with all hotel staff.
-Knowledge of where and how everything is stored.
-Able to multitask.
-Ability to work in a high pace environment efficiently and effectively, keeping in mind and anticipating the needs of the customer and your co-workers at all times.
-Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
-Building and maintaining good customer relations, maintaining customer loyalty.
Minor Duties:
-Estimate food and beverage needs and inform manager when it seems an item is low.
-Knowledge of safety rules for kitchen equipment.
-Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing demeanor.
-Must possess excellent and diplomatic communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
-Ability to anticipate customer and business needs.
HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
$18/hr + tips
General Overview:
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms according to the standards set forth by the Executive Housekeeper.

Major Duties:
-Cleans all assigned rooms using established, approved methods which includes, but is not limited to, the following: make beds with clean sheets, dusts furniture, replenishes guest supplies and towels, cleans bathroom, vacuums, wipes down mirrors and replace amenities.
-Prevents loss or damage to hotel supplies, the hotel’s property and the guests’ property. Never leaves a guest room open or a room attendant cart unattended.
-Reports all necessary repairs to the Executive Housekeeper.
-Keeps room attendant cart clean and neat at all times while maintaining an ample level of supplies.
-Reports all potential safety hazards to the Executive Housekeeper immediately. -Inspects all equipment and furniture in your work area daily for any hazards to employees and/or guests; report all hazards immediately to Executive Housekeeper.
-Responsible for re-stocking cart and chemical caddy and cleaning and emptying vacuum at end of shift.
Minor Duties:
-Respond to the requests of all guests and the Executive Housekeeper.
-Occasionally delivers laundry, linens, irons, etc. to guest rooms.
-Occasionally cleans lobby area: vacuuming, dusting and general trash clearance.
-Occasionally loads, unloads, folds and stores linens.
-Cares for and maintains cleaning equipment including vacuums and chemicals everyday.
-Occasionally delivers luggage to guest rooms.
-Performs special projects to maintain a maximum level of service at all times.
-Assist with monthly inventory count.
FRONT DESK AGENT
$20-23/hr + upgrade commissions
General Overview:
Responsible for assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all front desk related functions according to the standards set forth by the Front Desk Manager. A high standard of service and hospitality must be maintained at all times.

Major Duties:
-Answers phone, routes calls, takes messages and handles all incoming/ outgoing reservation requests.
-Assists guests with check-in and check-out, and verifies bill with guest, post necessary charges, adjustments and payments.
-Coordinates all room moves, late check-outs, and stay-overs to appropriate personnel.
-Responds immediately and follow through on all guest requests and complaints.
-The following skills are required: standing/walking (85% of shift), talking on the phone (40% of shift), computer operation (50% of shift), people skills (95% of shift), lifting up to 10 pounds (95% of shift), maximum of 50 pounds.
-Responsible for cash bank, daily paperwork, balancing audit and deposits.
-Assists guests with questions and directions.
-Is a sales representative! Tells our guests about our facilities: Café, rooftop, nearby attractions, other Society Hotel locations (when applicable).
-Checks online booking agents (Air BnB, etc) and verifies information in the computer.
-Inspects all equipment and furniture in your daily work area for any hazards to employees and/or guests.
Minor Duties:
-Follows established standards and work procedures for the front desk.
-Coordinates with all other departments insure total guest satisfaction.
-Prevents loss or damage to hotel supplies and property
-Completes daily checklists.
-Arranges for special services that may be requested by the guests.
BARTENDERS / BARISTAS
